Our 2019 Annual General Meeting is happening on Monday the 19th August 2019 at 7:00pm at the community centre in Lysterfield Park (Old cafe building).
Anyone is welcome to attend and join in on finding out what we've accomplished this year, as well as what is happening and what the future plans for the park and club are.
We will also nominate for committee positions. Anyone is welcome to join the committee and nominate for any position.

If you're not sure what position to nominate for, there are general committee positions which are great for helping out when/if you can and also having your say in what the club does and how it impacts the mountain bike community at the park.
The meeting runs for roughly an hour-an hour an a half.
Message from the president;
Well, what a great year it has been at LDTR. We had another fun summer of FFLL racing, lots of trail maintenance, future trail planning and advocating, the best Women's only MTB social rides ever, and another huge Golden Goat (RIP Griff). All this is possible thanks to a bunch of committed volunteers that are passionate about riding mountain bikes, and seeing other riders enjoying the Lysty trails. They are led by your LDTR Committee. Our LDTR AGM is coming up on Monday 19th August, 7pm at the Lysty Visitors Centre, and I am inviting you to consider volunteering for a year on our committee. As we continue to grow, we need more people to bring their passion and expertise to the committee. Some key roles we'd like to fill are Social Media Coordinator, Website coordinator, Memberships & Database Coordinator, Monthly club newsletter coordinator, Club Secretary. Or, you can nominate as a General Committee member and help out in a few areas. Committee members must be paid up LDTR members. The LDTR Committee meet every two months on a Monday night at Lysty Visitors centre. Thanks everyone. I hope to see you at the AGM.
