LDTR have been informed by Parks Victoria that they have recently removed an unofficial mountain bike trail within the park.
LDTR would like to remind park users that unofficial trails/building is not tolerated in Lysterfield Park. These types of trails only take up ours and Parks Victoria's time and resources.
The standard that these trails are made to is not satisfactory and can cause serious harm to other park visitors.
If you are interested in trail building, please attend the club's official trail builds. We need to take care of what we have already and the more who help, the quicker this can be completed.
Those creating unofficial trails within Lysterfield Park are only ruining the repuation of what the club has worked hard for over many years and also the future potentional riding experience for other riders in the long term.
