Trail Build/Maintenance Day
DATE & TIME: 8:00am, Sunday 18th June 2017
MEETING: Parks Vic Depot (Just above Skills Park)
WORKS:
We will be working on Snipe, Lower Buckle and Upper Blair Witch. Most of the time will be spent on Snipe rebuilding the berms, log drop and trimming the overgrown shrubs.
If we have time, we will also do some work on Upper Blair Witch to improve the drainage and features.
We may split off to repair a feature on Lower Buckle if there are enough people/we have prepared for it.
Draiange will be done along all these tracks to help winter proof the park also.
BRING: Water, food, shovel (if you prefer your own shovel), good shoes (preferably steel capped) and appropriate clothing for weather.
Please let us know if you're attending by replying on this forum thread (so we can organise tools and food etc).
If you have any questions, please ask away.
BBQ and cold drinks provided for free to volunteers at the end of the build.
BYO food if you have any special food requirements.
