LDTR Beginner Women's Social Ride at Lysterfield - Saturday 24th June Join us for a cool, relaxed social ride around Lysterfield’s beginner and intermediate trails. Whether you’re new to the sport, want to get back into it or just want to have a “cruizy” time this ride is for you. You’ll meet other like minded women, your kids will think you’re cool, your co-workers will marvel at your weekend plans and best of all you’ll have fun. Guys- Looking to get your partner into mountain biking? This is the ride for them. This non competitive ride is the perfect intro to this awesome sport. Its “no drop”- that’s code for “we’ll wait for you.” So come play with us! When: Saturday 24th June Time: 8:45am for a 9:00am ride out. Approx 1.5 - 2 hours riding. Where: Lysterfield Park Information Centre (formerly Trailmix). Cost: FREE, but you must register here - https://online.mtba.asn.au/ERegister.aspx?E=3846 Open to club and non-club members over the age of 18 years. LIMITED PLACES so get in quick! Technical Rating: Beginner + Fitness Rating: Beginner + Ideally suited to ladies comfortable riding about 15km. Please bring for yourself: mountain bike in safe working order, helmet, drinking water, snack, spare tube. Optional Recreation permit (Social rides). Provides you with public liability and personal accident cover for the event. $10.00/day - Non-MTBA member Senior Rec Permit (19 years+) Recreation Day permits are available for purchase with your online rego for this ride.
